1. During LOW SEASON, all cancellations need to be made thirty days before the date of the reservation. Cancellations made less than thirty days before the clients’ arrival will be subject to a $25 US service charge. Cancellations made less than fifteen days before the clients’ arrival will be considered a NO SHOW and full charges will be applied.
2. During HIGH SEASON, all cancellations made less than thirty days before the clients’ arrival will result in the full charge applied.
